It's that time again kids! I've got another KISS FM Ladies Night at Cowgirls Inc this Thursday from 10-12 and I need your help! We've been throwing ideas around at the station, and it seems like doing some stunt shots is what's going down. The picture above is the Stuntman Shot. It's three simple steps:

1. Snort a line of salt

2. Take tequila shot

3. Squirt lime wedge in eye

I've heard of "zombie" ants before, but that was because of a fungus that would affect their brain. This is an actual parasitic insect that takes control of the bee! One step away from Dead Rising if you ask me. Yahoo News has the story:

The parasitic fly lays eggs in a bee’s abdomen. Several days later, the parasitized bee bumbles out of the hives often at night on a solo mission to nowhere. These bees often fly toward light and wind up unable to control their own bodies. After a bee dies, as many as 13 fly larvae crawl out from the bee’s neck...

“When we observed the bees for some time the ones that were alive we found that they walked in circles, often with no sense of direction,” Andrew Core, a graduate student who works with Hafernik and a co-author on the new paper, said in a prepared statement, describing them as behaving “something like a zombie.”

Really? 5 days into 2012 and they're already laying the groundwork for the apocalypse. I say BRING IT ON! I mean seriously, if the end of the world is going to happen zombies would be pretty much the coolest way for it to go down.
