Rihanna was performing We Found Love at her Birmingham concert for her Diamonds world tour. She stepped down off the stage during the middle of her performance to grace fans with her magical touch, and then WHAM!! Out of NOWHERE, she smacks a fan in the face with her mic!! Something must’ve happened to piss her off, but we have no idea what prompted the blow!!! Its hard to tell, but it definitely looks like it was NOT an accident. John Mayer and Taylor Swift had a thing several years ago…but things ended bad…so she wrote a song…basically an F-U to Mayer for being a d-bag…and called it “Dear John.”  Mayer said in an interview that the song humiliated him and “It made him feel terrible since he didn’t fee he deserved it.”  Well...now its John Mayers turn and just released his new single  “Paper Doll”…which many say is about Swift.  The clues that lead the song to Swift are:  "You're like 22 girls in one / And none of them know what they're running from," which is rumored to be a reply to when Taylor sang, “"And I'll look back and regret how I ignored when they said, 'Run as fast as you can.'” (and Taylors song 22) Mayer continues: "Someone's gonna paint you another sky," appearing to refer back to Taylor’s lyrics, "You paint me a blue sky and go back and turn it to rain." The best part of this new song is really the video which features the “Prancercise” lady.

Justin Bieber is being warned -- return the SIM card you stole from a photographer in Miami June 5th... or else!!! The man has lawyered up and fired off a letter to Bieber's manager -- demanding the immediate return of the memory card that Bieber took since he is filing a lawsuit ... and the SIM card is evidence in the case. SO…if that sim card is not returned AS IT WAS WHEN TAKEN…that is tampering with evidence.

Miley Cyrus opens up to Rolling Stone for their July 4th issue, and revealed her thoughts on marijuana.  She says, "I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol.”  "As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be." With a prescription???

Chris Brown is firing back at the City of L.A. -- claiming the governor has NO RIGHT to force him to remove the graffiti art on the front of his L.A. home because it's protected by the 1st Amendment.

Brown filed an appeal with the city – arguing the graffiti is art that "[enhances] the architectural and aesthetics of the property." 

If worst comes to worst, he can bring the fight to L.A. County Superior Court.

Selma Blair will not be returning to FX’s Anger Management after a nasty fight with co-star Charlie Sheen. Lionsgate released a statement yesterday, “We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management and we wish her the very best.”  One source said Charlie doesn’t have the authority to fire someone…but can certainly make production impossible if he isn’t happy. One source says Charlie “fired” Blaire in a text message and called her a C-Bomb in that text. 

I don’t wanna brag, but I think I NAILED the name of Kim and Kanye’s baby!!!!  We heard yesterday the name Kai Georgia Donda West was the babies name after a leak…BUT…today we are hearing it is Kaidence Donda West.  Booom!!

Does Desiree quest for love end with her choosing NO ONE??  The Bachelorette spoilers have given a pretty strong indication of who the favorite is, but that doesn't mean she won't end up right where she started.  Asked recently if the guy Desiree chooses is a better fit for her than Bachelor Sean would have been, host Chris Harrison paused and then said: "Um, well, it depends on if she ends up with anybody. We haven't said anything about how the season ends, but I can tell you that Des is in for an emotional, wild ride before we get to the end…and it's definitely not what everybody is going to think."

Drake claims Chris Brown refuses to bury the hatchet in their long-running and violent feud and Drake says, "I get a feeling it could end really badly." Drake spoke to GQ about his bloody bar fight last June in NYC with Chris.  Drake says, “I don’t want my name to be synonymous with that guy’s name. I wish we could sit down, just like you and me are right now, and talk it out man-to-man. But that’s not gonna happen"  And then comes Drake's dark prediction ... saying "If I think about it too much, I feel it wrapping around my foot, like I get a feeling it could end really badly. 

Kanye West and Scott Disick collaborated on an American Psycho short film to promote Kanye’s new Yeezus album and we definitely learn one thing from it. Scott Disick CANNOT act.  Scott does his best high pitched, hyper Christian Bale impersonation to explain Kanye’s artistic evolution. Scott also gets to murder Kim Kardashian's best friend Jonathon in the video, which a lot of people would love to do.

Meanwhile, the Canadian model that told the world last week she has been having a fling with Kanye the whole time he has been with Kim Kardashian is suddenly doing an about face and her memory seems to be coming back to her.  Now she is saying they did have a fling, but months before he met Kim. She is still saying Kanye is a dog, who will never be able to stay faithful.

Courtney Stodden treated herself to some GINORMOUS new boobies this week!!  She got a new set of Double D implants, so she can “look more natural.” Her mom, husband and grandfather was there with her at the hospital. Now, there are reports that Courtney wanted to get her boobs done so she can do a porn movie with “Teen Mom” Farrah Abraham.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are back together and living back as a couple again. The two split this past year after Ozzy fell off the wagon and starting drinking and taking pills again. HUH??? 

Amanda is still in Atlantic City…acting bizarre. There are pictures of her smack dab in the middle of a hotel hot tub, with her nappy blonde wig on, holding her camera and iPhone, with everyone around her looking at her perplexed.

There is a screen shot of a text message conversation between Amanda Bynes and a friend that show Amanda telling her friend that all her bizarre behavior has been an act.  She says, “I’m an actress and know what I’m doing.” Now, her friend seems a little unsure of Bynes “planned behavior” by saying, “Seriously? I mean, don’t you know that drugs were a part of it and you may also have something mentally wrong?” Amanda then tells her friend, “I got 2 million followers and now everyone wants me. I am smart and not stupid. Everyone mentions my name. The world loves me!”

Amanda Bynes went ballistic on an old man in Atlantic City Friday night after he took her picture. The witness said that he and his father saw Bynes at a resort, stumbling and wreaking of alcohol. They say they were concerned since she was carrying one huge purse and what looked like a pet carrier. But they hoped to God an animal wasn’t in the carrier because of HOW she was carrying it. The guy said Amanda started screaming at his dad after he took a picture, and he told her to stop, but she kept freaking out. Security tried to calm Amanda down, but apparently had no clue who she was.

Disturbing photographs surfaced of British TV star and celebrity chef, and judge of one of my favorite new shows, “The Taste,” Nigella Lawson with what appears to be her husband, Charles choking her in public during an argument!! The photos were published in The Mirror on Sunday. In the pictures, his hand is at her throat as she appears to be stunned. Witnesses say "It was utterly shocking to watch," "I have no doubt she was scared. It was horrific, really. She was very tearful and was constantly dabbing her eyes." Poor Nigella!!!

Chad Johnson will be a free man TODAY ... because the judge who sent him to jail last week has agreed to release the former NFL star. The judge tore him a new one this morning in court, for slapping his attorney's ass in open court during last week's hearing.  From the moment the hearing began, the judge blasted Chad for his history of disrespectful behavior and extended his probation by one month.

Looks like the chances of seeing J-Lo back on Idol next season are  pretty slim.  Lopez said, “It’s not looking that great because my year is getting booked up.” Jennifer has signed on for a small independent movie that she really cares about and is putting that project first.

Looks like Tyra Banks has something in common with Rihanna!!  Tyra was seen leaving a Venice, California marijuana store on Saturday and left with a brown bag. The 39 year old was with an older looking man, and she was dressed down in a hoody with sweats and no makeup. Now, the pot store DOES sell other organic products, so Tyra may have been buying something that was not marijuana.

Charlie Sheen and Selma Blair are in an all out WAR on the set of "Anger Management" ... so much so, Sheen says he fired the actress and REFUSES to shoot if she comes to set today. Selma complained to execs that Charlie was a menace to work with -- claiming he's late all the time and has a shoddy work ethic. Problem is ...Charlie found out about it and was super pissed. Charlie then made it clear to “Anger Management” uppy ups that if Selma shows up to set this morning -- when the show is scheduled to shoot -- he'll refuse to work.

Miley Cyrus posted a "look how happy we are pic" with her mom and sister ... just days after her mom filed for divorce from Miley’s dad.  Miley tweeted the pic of herself, younger sis Noah and mom Tish Cyrus riding in the back seat of car sporting a peace sign and smiles, with the caption, "The baddest bitches in the world."  Tish pulled the plug on her 19-year-marriage to Billy Ray Cyrus earlier this week. That same day Miley angrily tweeted at her dad, "Since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" Now, Miley did Tweet to wish him a happy Father's Day, or in her words, "Happy daddy’s day."

Charlie Sheen RIPPED porn star/”Teen Mom” Farrah Abraham for allegedly leaking their private text message conversations. Sheen’s message to Abraham after she made their private talks public? “Hey, you desperate guzzler of stagnant douche agua: I truly do not recall giving you permission to globally reveal any communication between us. Congrats on surviving your lobotomy and even bigger congrats on the recent attempt at porn. Your daughter must be so proud.”  Yikes.

Carey Hart got into a fight with a photographer. And this time it ended in a fight that ended in cops, an ambulance, and lots of taunting. Hart and Pink were at the Malibu County Mart when the guy started taking pictures of Pink changing their daughter’s diaper. Carey’s friend then stomped on the guys foot, kicked his camera to the ground…and according to the photographer…was kicked in the twig and berries. But, once the cops left, the photographer, who WAS acting like a victim while police were there, he started going off on Carey and his friend.

So…what happens when you are so disruptive in rehab that the staff hates you and they can’t get you to do anything you are supposed to do?  Well, if you are Lindsay Lohan…you get REWARDED by transferring you to a NICER rehab facility in Malibu overlooking the ocean!! According to sources at the Betty Ford Center, Lindsay refused to attend group therapy, was rude to staff and paranoid that everyone there was just in rehab to leak information on her. They said she was making life hell for those around her everyday. Betty Ford is “thrilled to see her go!”

One Direction’s Zayn Malik was photographed lighting up what looked like a joint. Its hard to tell if he was getting high or smoking a cigarette. The picture is burry, and no comment from Zayn yet.

Good job Robert Downey Jr, way to make a toddler cry!! Downey was out and about and when I toddler saw him NOT in his Iron Man suit and the little boy LOST IT and broke down in tears. 18 month old super fan, Jaxson, was instantly in tears, but his mom says he was fine once Robert talked to him.  Downey was just out for a walk in his when he ran into them and felt so bad he upset him he spent 10 minutes calming him down, even though Downey’s handlers kept saying he had to go. Jaxsons mom said “He was amazing. You could tell he was a dad.”

Miley Cyrus’ dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, has filed for divorce from his wife, Tish, after more then 19 years of marriage. Billy Ray first filed for divorce back in 2011, then withdrew his petition after they made up. This time, Tish filed her own divorce petition in LA Superior Court, claiming irreconcilable differences. And one Tweet from Miley seemed odd, sort of calling out the fact that she and her dad are possibly estranged. Miley tweeted, “@billyraycyrus since your text and email obviously aren’t working would you like to talk like this?”

Justin Bieber lucked out…THIS TIME.  Investigators went to Justin's Calabasas home to check out security footage from Memorial Day — the day Keyshawn Johnson and other neighbors were infuriated by the speeding done with Bieber’s car through the neighborhood when kids were still playing outside. But…apparently video footage does prove that it was Justin’s friend, Tyler, the creator, behind the wheel of the Ferrari and not Justin. Justin was following behind on his motorcycle, with Keyshawn showing up about 30 seconds later.

Though the case will still be sent over to the D.A. for review, sources finds it highly unlikely that criminal charges will be filed

Selena Gomez says she is ready, willing and able to do a topless scene if she is offered a role that would require that. A source revealed: “Now that Selena is growing up to be a more serious actress and separating herself from her Disney past, she has no problem going topless if the role calls for it.  Without a doubt, Selena would go topless in a film if the role was right.”

Friends claim Demi Moore is getting her revenge on Ashton Kutcher by showing off his….short comings.  Demi has some revealing images of Ashton on her phone that show he’s lacking in a certain department. Demi had previously confided in friends that Ashton was sexy but not the most well-equipped lover she’s ever had – and the photos seem to back up the claim.  One friend says “Demi is still hurting that Ashton cheated and then rebounded so soon after their split,” a friend says. “It could just be the angle, but these photos don’t leave a big impression.” Demi isn’t the first ex to discuss Ashton’s manhood. Well, yesterday she issued an indirect sort-of apology THROUGH a tabloid, saying, “Sorry, maybe I went about this the wrong way, but how else am I meant to get through to her? I am NOT the bad guy in this situation. Nothing more 2 say.”  Kanye West is INSISTING he did not cheat on Kim, and says the model is just out for some easy publicity.
