Lindsay Lohan turned down the LA District Attorney's offices offer to serve 30 days of inpatient rehab, instead opting for a trial date of March 18th for her lying to police case. They even gave in a little considering they first asked her to do 60, but she says she shouldnt be punished for something she didnt do and she doesn't need rehab. 

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have their wedding date picked and it will be sometime after Jen wraps up shooting her latest film on March 8th. Sources say Aniston also has the dress and rings picked out too. The couple got engaged in August.

Ed Sheeran spent the night with Taylor Swift on February 19th in London...the night before the 2013 Brit Awards.  Ed arrived at Taylors hotel in the evening, headed straight to her room and then didn't leave until 4am, when someone described him as looking "very happy." The two briefly dated last spring. 

Britney Spears is not a criminal...she just wanted some gum ya'all! Britney, who recently went from Blonde to brunette, was escorted out of a local target by police security after buying some gum. Ironically, Britney HIRED the security to shop with her all day, but also wanted to shop and go undetected.  BUT...when you have an "officer" standing next to you...guarding you...YOU DO STAND OUT. 

Its looking like Liam Hemsworth cheated on Miley Cyrus with January Jones. Sources say Hemsworth and Jones were all over each other at a pre-Oscar party last weekend, even kissing in front of other people.  Of course, Miley was nowhere to be found all night. Liam and January were later seen leaving together in the same car. 

Brandi Glanville's new tell-all book may be made into a TV movie. In "Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders" Glanville writes about her life, including ex husband Eddie Cibrian and his new wife LeAnn Rimes. The book has been a big success and now "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star is in talks to turn the book into a movie.  Sources say a movie would totally tip Rimes over the edge.
