Lindsay Lohan was 48 minutes late to court this morning for her Lying to Cops case.  She bagged two different flights over the weekend, one Saturday, then one last night, instead opting to take a private jet this morning. But it was delayed this morning in NYC and didn't land until 8:35 at LAX, which already put her 5 minutes late. No word yet on how court is now going, but we hear the DA plans to ask the judge to sentence Lindsay to the maximum, which is 240 days in jail. Im sure disrespecting the courts will not help her cause. 

According to The Roots drummer Questlove, Justin Timberlake will release a sequel to "The 20/20 Experience" in November. Questlove said, "10 songs now. 10 Songs later= 20 Vision." Questloves's statement came just one day after Timberlake revealed that he and Jay Z recorded more than just "Suit & Tie." 

Julianne Hough and KISS FM superstar Ryan Seacrest have split up after 3 years of dating. Busy schedules seems to be the biggest issue that led to the breakup. Sources claim it was more Julianne that was tired of how busy Ryan was and that work always came first. 

Miley Cyrus ended up only taking one week off from Twitter. She was tweeted back to a friend about her engagment ring getting fixed right now, and how everyone starts saying her wedding is off. 

Britney Spears was seen out with her new guy again.  But we still dont really know if he is a "boyfriend" or a boy FRIEND. His name is David Lucado and apparently comes from a good family, was raised on a far, and is into restoring old cars. I feel like that was his eHarmony profile??  The two were seen in LA last week taking her sons to gymnastics. 

Taylor Swift has been cut out of the upcoming One Direction movie, "1D3D."  After he nasaty split from Harry Styles, Harry demanding the director cut out any parts at all that showed Taylor. Sources say Harry wants nothing to do with her. It was a fling and it's done.  The movie will open August 30th.
