Set times for our Jingle Ball 2012 artists will not be posted because we cannot guarantee an "official" start time for an artists set. That being said, we want to give you an "approximate" idea of the artist performance order at the show. Check out the lineup below in order of opening to closing!

If you haven't purchased your tickets for Jingle Ball 2012 presented by XBOX 360 - Tickets can be purchased at all Ticketmaster locations, Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000. We look forward to seeing you at the concert!

How much are tickets?
$40 + $3 facility fee plus additional Ticketmaster service charges.
Ticketmaster service charges are approximately:
$9.40 (Paying with cash at an outlet)
Paying with a credit card at an outlet= $10.70
Paying with a credit card online or by phone = $10.50*


*Plus a $5.60 per order (not per ticket) transaction fee. If tickets are printed at home, there is a $2.50 per order printing fee.

When do tickets go on-sale?
Tickets go on-sale on Saturday, October 27th at 10am at Ticketmaster.

On-Site at the Century Link Field Box Office: You may purchase tickets directly at the building box office located at Century Link Field 800 Occidental Ave, Seattle, WA 98134. Hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, and open on Event nights for one hour before showtime until one hour after the show has begun.  Please note: tickets sold at the Qwest Box office will be subject to a $3 fee if using a credit or debit card.

How do I get backstage?
Listen to 106.1 KISS FM each Thursday starting November 1st for your chance to win 106.1 KISS FM Jingle Ball 2012 tickets plus a meet 'n' greet with the artist of your choice on the lineup and a copy of "Dance Central 3" for Kinect for XBox 360 EVERY HOUR on the :35s from 7:35a - 7:35p! ** contest will not be played on Thursday 11/22/Thanksgiving. Where can I pick up my will call tickets?
The will-call booth at the WAMU Theater is just north of the main entrance.

Please call Ticketmaster, not the WAMU Theater, if you run into any of these issues within 3 days prior to the event. They have information to track your order and recommend a solution. You can find directions on how to reach customer service at Ticketmaster here.

Will I be allowed to leave and return during the day?
There are in and out privileges at the WAMU Theater.  Ticket holders must bring their ticket stub with them for re-admittance.

Where can I find parking?
Paid parking for the WaMu Theater is conveniently located at the CenturyLink Field Event Center parking garage on Royal Brougham between Occidental Ave. and Fourth Ave. There is also limited street parking around the venue and pay surface lots. For additional information on parking and transportation options to the WaMu Theater, please call the WaMu Theater Transportation Hotline at 1.800.981.6465.

Are there seats in the venue?
This show will be an entirely GA show with a flat floor. There are a few bleachers toward the back of the room and those are available for seating on a first come, first served basis.

Is disability seating available?
Yes, disability seating is provided.  Disability risers are located near the soundboard.  Ask WAMU staff member for assistance.

Are cameras allowed?
Yes, point-and-shoot type cameras will be allowed. No professional cameras with detachable lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length, Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind, Interchangeable lenses of any kind, Monopods or tripods or Flash equipment of any kind will be allowed.

What Can't I bring In?
No outside food or drink. No backpacks. No weapons of any kind.

Is food and drink available in the venue?
Yes, there are concession stands inside the WAMU Theater and they will be open during the show.

Will there be a beer garden?
A beer garden will be at the WAMU Theater at this concert event for guests 21+ with valid ID.

Can I use ATM's and credit cards at the show?
Yes, there are ATM’s available just outside the WaMu Theater and the concession stands and merch booths both take credit and debit cards as well.

We are coming from out of town, are there hotels nearby?
These are a few of the nearby hotels within 5 miles of the WAMU Theater. Many more hotels are available in downtown Seattle and surrounding areas.
