CBS 18 - West Lafayette: Earlier this week, 20-year-old Jonathan Noe of West Lafayette, Indiana got FOUR YEARS in prison for beating up his girlfriend with a Shake Weight.

In June of 2011, Noe and his girlfriend got into a fight after a party, and, he beat her up.  That included hitting her with the Shake Weight.

At his trial, he was found guilty of felony battery with a deadly weapon.  He got a six-year sentence, with the last two years being probation.
